Van alle soundtracks was dit wellicht de meest problematische. Het nam dan ook bijna 40 jaar in beslag alvorens alle master-opnames verschenen. Tot ver in de jaren ’90 bleven sommige tracks zelfs alleen in mono beschikbaar.<\/p>\n
